Quite a bit has been written about the Black 14, but only one notable book: Black 14 : the rise, fall and rebirth of Wyoming football  by Ryan Thorburn.  http://uwcatalog.uwyo.edu/record=b2996834~S1

A documentary was made last year:  The Black 14 [videorecording] : Wyoming football 1969.  CBS Sports Network ; producer, Blake Berson ; writer, Mark Young  http://uwcatalog.uwyo.edu/record=b6931442~S1

Another book that may be useful is Wyoming Almanac. The most recent edition is 2013. http://uwcatalog.uwyo.edu/record=b5603806~S1

In addition to that book and video, here are some webpages that are freely accessible:

http://www.uwyo.edu/ahc/sites/black14/index.htm

http://www.uwyo.edu/robertshistory/barrett_black_14.htm

http://www.uwyo.edu/robertshistory/fired_by_conscience.htm

http://www.uwyo.edu/ahc/eduoutreach/exhibits/uw-history/index.html (especially Part 6)

https://www.wyohistory.org/search/node/black%2014  (displays search results for the keywords "black 14")

In addition, there is a link to the original journal article by Bullock (the "Fired by Conscience" article) on the Archive.org website. This link is to the webpage on the Wyoming Historical Society website about accessing the journal: https://www.wyshs.org/publications/annals-wyoming-wyoming-history-journal

Click the link labeled Annals of Wyoming by Volume and Issue Number that are available online. Locate Vol. 68 (Jan. 1996) on the list and click that. Your browser will go to the archive.org website. The scanned journal will appear in a reader. Find issue 1. The article is on pages 4-13. You can download pdfs of those pages.

While you are viewing that journal, look further and locate issue 3 of Vol. 68. There is an article titled "THE BLACK 14: WILLIAMS V. EATON - A PERSONAL RECOLLECTION." by: Barrett, James E. (Jul. 1996, Vol. 68 Issue 3, p 2-7).

There is a collection of documents at the American Heritage Center (AHC) here at UW. This link is to that collection: https://rmoa.unm.edu/docviewer.php?docId=wyu-ah10405.xml  You will need to contact them to ask about the collection. Unfortunately, they don't lend out the material and researchers must come to Laramie. However, there may be some items in the collection you can ask about. Here is the link to the AHC website: http://www.uwyo.edu/ahc/index.html

Also on the AHC website is a link to digital photos (click the View Digital Collections box). I searched using the keyword "black 14" and there are lots of primary documents, several videos, and numerous photographs that may be useful.
