There are 15 PC/Windows and 10 Apple laptops available for checkout to UW students, faculty, and staff at the Coe Circulation Help Desk (on the main floor just beyond the computer lab).

  • Borrowers are asked to sign an equipment agreement form, available at the Coe Circulation Help Desk, prior to checking out a laptop. 
  • Laptops are for in-library use only and are due back at closing time. Laptops are marked with magnetic tape that will set-off the gate alarms at Coe Library.
  • Laptops that are not returned on time are considered long overdue and billed two days after the due date.
  • Long overdue billing includes the cost of the laptop, accessories, a $20 processing fee, and a $5 non-refundable billing fee.
