The official title of the "Salary Book" is the University of Wyoming Salaried Employees. New editions are issued annually, usually in October.

UW budget information, including the FY2022 & FY2023 salary books, are at this UW Budget Office webpage. (Note: The links for the salary books on this webpage are called Alpha Books.)

The most recent three years are on permanent reserve at the Coe Library Circulation Help Desk and available for a two-hour loan for in-library use only.

Additional Information

The current "Salary Book" and historic editions going back to 1990 are available in the Emmett Chisum Special Collections on Level 3 of Coe Library. Material in that collection can only be used within that department.

Depending on the complexity of a question, a research librarian may be able to consult it to assist with quick questions (e.g., the salary of no more than two positions). You may inquire by phone (307-766-2070) or by email (coeref@uwyo.edu).

The UW Budget Office is responsible for the published budgets, including the "salary book." If information beyond what is in the budget and salary books available at the library is needed, here is the budget office contact information: Phone 307-766-4897 and email budgetoffice@uwyo.edu.

For the best source of information about the salaries of Wyoming state government employees, go to the Administration & Information Division website.
