The UW Library does not offer access to Evernote or Scrivener software. Evernote does offer a free version of their app, as well as premium versions. It does not appear that Scrivener has a free version of their software available at this time.

This link to the UW IT webpage of available software, lists what is available for faculty. Unfortunately, Scrivener is not available.

UW faculty, staff, and student have access to the premium versions of a few types of citation management tools that may be of use to you. This library guide on citation management systems explains the options available to you. In addition, each semester there are library workshops on some of these systems over the next month or so. Here is the link to the workshop listings.
