Q. How do I reserve the presentation/conference rooms (Coe 506 & 504) and the theatre/movie room (Coe 123)?

Coe Library Presentation & Conference Rooms

Use of Coe 506 (the large presentation/meeting room) and Coe 504 (the small conference room) are managed by the UW Libraries Dean's Office. Reservations require filling out and submitting a form to the UW Libraries Administration. Complete the University of Wyoming Libraries Coe 504 & 506 Room Reservation Request Form and email it to libadmn@uwyo.edu. If there are questions about reservations or policies, call 766-3279 or visit Coe 502 to speak to someone in the UW Libraries Dean's Office.

Theater/Movie Room (Coe 123)

The recently remodeled and upgraded "Theater Room" located on Level 1 (basement) of Coe Library can accommodate regular DVDs, Blu-Ray format, and 4K. Audio CDs can also be played on this player.

The room has a PC and connections for laptops and iPads to allow playing of streaming media.
