First, make sure you are properly typing in ONLY your username and not your UW email address. Ensure your password is correct.

Also, it may be beneficial to make sure you are using a recommended web browser - either Firefox or Chrome for PC or Mac. Internet Explorer or Safari have known security issues. Update or install as necessary.

Problems with accessing online resources may also be caused by using a Virtual Private Network (VPN), such as the Pulse Secure program provided by UW. Turn off the VPN when using library resources. This link has more information about VPNs: https://uwyo.libanswers.com/faq/296300
