All Coe Library study rooms are available for use. One room is available in the Geology Library. On-line reservations are also now available. This link goes to the reservation system and policies.
Reservations may also be made over the phone (766-3190) or in person at Coe.
The same rules that were in effect before the pandemic still apply:
1. Only UW students and employees may use these rooms.
2. Maximum reservation time is 4 hours in a single day.
3. Reservations may be made up to 7 days in advance.
4. Individuals must present a photo ID to check out the room key.
5. Only one advanced booking per day.
In addition, consuming food in the study rooms is strongly discouraged because of cleanliness issues.
Direct any questions to the Coe Help Desk (766-3190).
If the pandemic resurges, access to use of these study rooms will be removed. Up-to-date information may be found on the UW Libraries COVID webpage. https://www.uwyo.edu/libraries/about/news-events/2020/03/libraries-covid-announcement.html
