This library guide for  Library Instruction contains the information you need to schedule a librarian for instruction. The page should open on the "For Instructors" tab. If not, click on that tab.

Under the "Schedule a Library Session" section is a link that will open the request form. Fill out this form and submit it. You will be contacted by a librarian to coordinate the session.

To give our librarian instructors enough time to schedule and prepare for the class, we ask that classroom instructors do the following:

  • Request library instruction sessions at least 2 weeks in advance.
  • Attach a copy of the assignment description/syllabus with this form or send it directly to
  • Plan to attend the session; experience has shown that students are more engaged when the instructor participates in the session.
