RefWorks is a citation management system that allows research information to be save to a "cloud" account and organized in many different ways. This resource is available to currently-enrolled UW students, faculty, and staff. A library guide explaining RefWorks is available at this link.
To access RefWorks, either click on the link in the topmost box on the library guide. RefWorks is also listed in the library's databases in the "Databases by Title" section under the letter "R." This link opens the same library guide.
To bypass the library guide, this link goes to the RefWorks website. Sign on with your WyoWeb username and password if prompted to access the website (e.g., you are off-campus).
To use RefWorks, you must first set up an account; your UW login will not work. Follow the link "Create Account" on the RefWorks page to set up your free account.
This library guide provided useful information about citation management systems, including RefWorks.
During the fall semester, UW library faculty usually offer a workshop on RefWorks or other citation management software. Click here for current workshop calendar.
